Justice (R) Muhammad Ghazanfar Khan, a distinguished former Judge of the Peshawar High Court, brings with him over four decades of rich and multifaceted legal experience spanning constitutional, civil, and criminal law. He currently serves as the esteemed Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, where his leadership reflects a profound commitment to justice, fairness, and the promotion of peaceful dispute resolution mechanisms in Pakistan.Throughout his illustrious career, Justice Ghazanfar Khan has held several key positions that have strengthened the legal system. He previously served as Assistant Advocate General for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where he represented the government in important constitutional and civil matters. Before elevation to the bench, he maintained an active practice as an advocate in various courts, earning a reputation for legal acumen, integrity, and professionalism.
A strong proponent of legal education and professional development, Justice Ghazanfar has consistently supported initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of legal practitioners. His deep interest in modernizing the justice system is particularly evident in his pioneering role in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). As an Accredited IMI (International Mediation Institute) Mediator and Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, he has been at the forefront of promoting mediation and other ADR techniques as efficient, cost-effective, and harmonious alternatives to traditional litigation.Justice Ghazanfar Khan’s legacy is defined by his unwavering integrity, sharp legal insight, and dedicated efforts toward making justice more accessible and less adversarial. Rasool Khan Mahsud

Rasool Khan Mahsud has a distinguished career spanning over three decades. His extensive background in local government administration and integrated rural development programs, coupled with his profound commitment to peace, humanity, and social work, uniquely positions him to lead and innovate in the field of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Khan’s roles have involved managing multiple rural development projects, where he implemented conflict resolution strategies to address community disputes, ensuring the successful completion of projects. His leadership in various capacities within the Directorate of Local Government, including positions such as Assistant Director and Municipal Committee Officer, has equipped him with the skills to effectively resolve administrative disputes and foster community engagement.

His fluency in Pashto, Urdu, English, and Saraiki enables him to connect with diverse communities, ensuring inclusive and comprehensive mediation processes. With his unwavering dedication to peace and social work, Rasool Khan’s leadership will be instrumental in advancing the Centre’s vision of fostering a culture of peaceful conflict resolution.
