DR SAMI UR RAHMAN
Director ( Management )
Dr. Sami Ur Rehman, with over 16 years of experience, holds a Ph.D. in Law from the International Islamic University Islamabad, specializing in human rights in post-conflict situations. As Professor and Dean at Green International University, Lahore, he oversees law programs and mentors faculty. He has held key academic positions, established law departments, and has a strong litigation background in Pakistan's high and district courts. Dr. Rehman has also served as a legal advisor for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and has authored textbooks and numerous articles on legal issues.
Adv. Abid Mahsud
Director (Finance)
Adv. Abid Khan Mahsud is a tax consultant and the Director of Finance at the Indus Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center (IMDRC). With decent expertise in tax law and financial management, he ensures the fiscal health of IMDRC. Additionally, as Chairman of the Village Council in Faridai Village, he resolves local disputes, using his legal and mediation skills to promote harmony in the community. His dual roles demonstrate his commitment to justice and effective dispute resolution. His dedication to serving both his clients and community members demonstrates his commitment to justice and equitable solutions.
Waleed Khan
Assistant Director Research, IMDRC
Waleed Khan is an Advocate, Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator (CMC, IMI, SIMI), and legal researcher specializing in dispute resolution, legal research, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Peshawar and is enrolled to practice before the courts of Pakistan. As Assistant Director Research at IMDRC, he leads legal and policy research, supports mediation and arbitration initiatives, and contributes to the development of effective dispute resolution mechanisms. With experience in litigation, legal drafting, and ADR through leading legal institutions, Waleed is committed to advancing access to justice and fostering a culture of dialogue and consensus-based dispute resolution in Pakistan.
