Summer Internship Program – July 2024

We are delighted to announce the commencement of our Summer Internship Program at IMDRC, starting from July 22, 2024. Out of an impressive pool of 50 candidates, 6 exceptional individuals were selected after a rigorous selection process to join IMDRC as interns for enriching experience. The interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), working closely with our seasoned professionals.

Objectives of the Summer Internship Program:

• Hands-on Experience: Interns will engage in practical exercises and real-case simulations to deepen their understanding of mediation, arbitration, and negotiation techniques.

• Learning from Experts: They will collaborate with our experienced faculty and practitioners, gaining insights into the complexities of dispute resolution strategies.

• Professional Development: The program is designed to enhance interns’ skills in communication, problem-solving, and client management, preparing them for future careers in the legal and ADR fields.
